Care, shipping & returns

  • Righto - So firstly, it’s good for you to know that all fabric has been pre-washed (unless specifically noted on the product detail page).

    TOTE BAGS:
    I recommend spot cleaning only with water, mild soap or spot cleaners appropriate for the fabric type.

    QUILTS:
    Quilts can be hand-washed or machine-washed on a delicate, cold water cycle. Air drying is preferable but machine-drying on a delicate/lower heat setting is fine. I should just note that anytime machines are used longevity of your quilt does take a hit. But that’s really the side effect of use, right? And quilts are meant to be used!

    Fun fact: when quilted items are washed they will crinkle up! Some people love this look, if you’re not one of those, time and use will flatten it out, but if you’re impatient, ironing with care on a setting appropriate for the specified fabric type should diminish crinkliness.

    FOR THE TABLE” items:
    You can think of these as tiny miniature sized quilts, in which case, all the same instructions as with the quilts apply.

  • SHIPPING INFO

    NOTE: Am only shipping to Canada and the US at this time.

    All items will be shipped via Canada post and sent out within 5 business days after your order is placed. If a delay is anticipated for a particular item or during a specific time of the year, this will be noted on the item details page prior to purchasing.

    You will be sent an email notification when your order gets shipped out with a link to tracking info.

    CANADIANS, take note: It will default to US shipping options in the checkout until you input your address, then it will show Canadian shipping. Why 🤦🏼‍♀️.


    In Canada all items will be shipped Expedited, which comes with tracking and insurance.

    Flat-rate shipping of $15 per item, $5 per additional item in any order.


    In the US
    all items will also be shipped Expedited, which comes with tracking and insurance.

    Flat-rate shipping of $25 per item, $5 per additional item in any order.



    PLEASE NOTE - once I send out the order it is in the hands of the post office. Please contact Canada Post with your tracking number to get more info on the location of your package. You can track your package at the Canada Post website www.canadapost.ca or call 1-866-607-6301

  • I accept all major credit cards. On this site, purchasing is processed via Stripe. In-person payments will be processed via Square. If in Canada, purchases can alternately be made via Interac e-Transfer or cash, by special arrangement.

    All direct payment gateways (such as Stripe and Square) adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

  • RETURN POLICY

    Ok, so, first, to note: I will do my best to photograph the work in appropriate lighting, but please keep in mind that the image colour may appear differently according to your computer screen.

    If for some reason you aren’t happy with your purchase, I can refund or exchange it for you. But, there are some guidelines:

    1. The item must be unused/show no wear or tear.

    2. For items being refunded I can only refund the cost of the item not the shipping.

    3. For items you want exchanged/ refunded, you are responsible for the shipping costs to send it to me and you are responsible for the shipping costs for an exchange item to be sent back to you.

    4. Please mark "RETURN" on the package and ship back via the postal service, not with a courier, I am not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred when the package returns to me.

    5. Please send me your claim within 5 business days after you receive your order. I will reserve the right to refuse refunds if you have had the item for longer.
